Tamarindo Best Choice Tours is a local tour operator offering authentic experiences in the Tamarindo area of Costa Rica. Our services include guided ATV tours, sea turtle watching, boat tours of the estuary, sport fishing, zip-lining, and more. All tours are coordinated and operated directly by our team.
b. Quotation and Payment Process:
Our Reservations and Customer Service team provides direct support through social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) or email.
Each client receives a quote based on the tour, number of people, date, and specific conditions.
Once the final amount is confirmed, a secure payment link will be generated through the selected platform. This link will be sent to the client directly via the agreed-upon communication channel.
c. Cancellations and Refunds:
Please contact us in advance to reschedule or cancel your reservation without penalty.
Services canceled 0 to 48 hours before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
Services canceled 48 hours or more before the start of the tour: No penalty.
Fishing tours canceled 0 to 5 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty.
Fishing tours canceled 5 days or less before the start of the tour: No penalty.
General Conditions:
Tamarindo Best Choice Tours does not require security deposits.
Payments can be made in full or in part and are agreed upon with the client in advance, depending on the tour type and established conditions.
Clients have the right to modify their reservation date, provided there is availability in the operating calendar.
Important Considerations:
All refunds must be approved by the Commercial Management and processed exclusively through the official contact channels provided in this document.
In approved cases, the refund will be processed within 15 calendar days of approval.
The refund will be issued exclusively via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are not accepted for weather conditions, except in the case of official cancellation by Tamarindo Best Choice Tours for safety reasons.
In the case of illness, duly verified with a medical certificate, a possible individual refund will be evaluated.
