Each client receives a quote based on the tour, number of people, date, and specific conditions. <\/span>
Once the final amount is confirmed, a secure payment link will be generated through the selected platform. This link will be sent to the client directly via the agreed-upon communication channel.<\/span><\/p>

c. Cancellations and Refunds: <\/span>
Please contact us in advance to reschedule or cancel your reservation without penalty. <\/span>
Services canceled 0 to 48 hours before the start of the tour: 100% penalty. <\/span>
Services canceled 48 hours or more before the start of the tour: No penalty. <\/span>
Fishing tours canceled 0 to 5 days before the start of the tour: 100% penalty. <\/span>
Fishing tours canceled 5 days or less before the start of the tour: No penalty.<\/span><\/p>

Tamarindo Best Choice Tours does not require security deposits. <\/span>
Payments can be made in full or in part and are agreed upon with the client in advance, depending on the tour type and established conditions. <\/span>
Clients have the right to modify their reservation date, provided there is availability in the operating calendar.<\/span><\/p>

In approved cases, the refund will be processed within 15 calendar days of approval. <\/span>
